1, What we produce
We mainly produce fashion wear, men'sweater, women'sweater, kid'sweater, Jersey, and knit, including dress, skirt, pants, jacket, blaze, coat etc
2, What's minimum quantity
Our min-quantity is 100PCS per design, it's ok to mix 2colors for this 100PCS if necessary
3, How we proceed
We could start at fabric/yarn, to source and provide the fabric lab DIP together with quality swatch as per customer request. In same time to do pattern making as per customer design and sampling. We would send the sample to customer for fitting, and making repair sample or PPS based on customer's fitting request. When PP sample is confirmed, then go on bulk production, like cutting(sweater machince on line) and sewing(sweater linking), inspection, packing, shipping. We could also produce private label based on customer request. We also have our own design team which could help to make tech pack for customers.
4, What kinds of fabric we could do
We have strong capacity to provide sustainable fabric, if the market no sustainable, we could order as custmer'request. Such as organic cotton, BCI cotton, wool, cotton cashmere, viscose, polyerster, acrylic, Tencel, different composition together, etc.
5, What's parment terms
30%T/T in advance, 70%once receive copy BL
